What’s a MercPerks Gift Certificate?

Q: What’s all this MercPerks business about anyway?

A: Occasionally we will run coupons for silly (as in steep) discounts on gear that we advertise via the Portland Mercury’s MercPerks website. The coupon codes you purchase from MercPerks you can apply at our online store’s shopping cart.

Can I get a replacement key?

Q: Are replacement keys available for locking racks like the Powder Ski/Snowboard Rack?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer replacement keys at this time.

Privacy Policy

We don’t sell or distribute our customer information.

We need a ship-to address for purchases you make online and payments are handled via PayPal or the Mazama Outdoors store at Amazon.com.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Mazama Outdoors product purchase!

Mazama Outdoors will refund most items if returned with the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories within 30 days of purchase, less a 10% restocking fee. In cases where we shipped you the wrong product then the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the original purchasing credit card or account you specified.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and the merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount for a return.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser unless Mazama Outdoors was at fault.

All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company.

Orders should be returned to the location indicated on the packing slip included with your order.

Shipping

Mazama Outdoors uses UPS Ground to ship all regular sized orders within the contiguous-continental United States, unless otherwise specified. For the non-contiguous/non-continental (includes Alaska and Hawaii) states and PO boxes (including all military addresses), please contact us at sales@mazamaoutdoors.com to arrange the order and a shipping fee for your destination.

Mazama Outdoors is scheduled for UPS pick-up: 9:00am – 4:00pm (local time), Monday to Friday. Orders for in-stock items placed outside of this window will ship out at the next available scheduled pick-up time.

Shopping Online

We use the PayPal e-commerce service which allows you to shop securely online. PayPal accepts many forms of online payments including: credit cards, bank accounts, or your PayPal account.
We also offer many products at our Amazon Storefront.
